WESTJET GETS INTO THE SPOOKY SPIRIT THIS HALLOWEEN

Take a look at this news on WestJet's promo for the Halloween:

CALGARY, Alberta - WestJet today announced that it will offer 10 per cent off flights to anyone who posts a photo of themselves in their Halloween costume to the WestJet Facebook page or on Twitter.

Starting Friday, October 29, through Sunday, October 31, 2010, anyone who posts a photo of themselves in their (family friendly) Halloween costume to one of WestJet’s social media sites will receive a promo code for 10 per cent off their next WestJet flight. Full details on how to post a photo are available at www.facebook.com/westjet. The promo codes will be issued individually by Tuesday, November 2, and will expire Friday, November 5. Travel can be from November 2 until December 16, 2010. The promo codes can only be used for bookings at www.westjet.com.

“We know there are plenty of ghouls and goblins out there who would love to get 10 per cent off their next WestJet flight. We are happy to offer a fun way to give them a deal,” says Ben Druce, WestJet Director, Revenue. “WestJetters like to have fun, and Halloween is a good time of year to thank our guests and social media followers through an entertaining initiative.”

The small print: Book online at www.westjet.com and save 10 per cent off the lowest available fare when you enter the applicable promo code. Flights must be booked before midnight MDT on November 5, 2010, for travel until December 16, 2010. Offer valid on all fares on regularly scheduled WestJet flights. Taxes, fees and surcharges are extra where applicable. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. The discount cannot be used towards the purchase of a WestJet Vacations package. Valid for new online bookings only. No cash value. 100 per cent non-refundable. Discount is transferable. This promo code cannot be combined with any other promo code or promotional offer.
